Terms of Service

1. Service Scope: Nisha Lawn & Resort provides venue hosting and event-related services for listed event categories.
2. Rates and Availability: All rates are subject to date, guest count, and scope confirmation.
3. GST: 18% GST is not included in listed package prices unless explicitly mentioned.
4. Date Confirmation Token: Rs 20,000 token confirms the booking date.
5. Essential Package Advance: Rs 10,000 advance applies for Essential package booking.
6. Complete Package Advance: Rs 20,000 advance applies for Complete package booking.
7. Grand Package Advance: Rs 50,000 advance applies for Grand package booking.
8. Balance Payment: Remaining amount must be cleared 7 days before event date.
9. Outside Vendors: Outside decorators are allowed; outside catering is permitted with kitchen fee.
10. Alcohol and DJ: Alcohol and DJ are allowed under venue policy and local regulations.
11. Timings: Day slot is 8:00–17:00 and evening functions begin from 19:00; close timing is flexible.
12. Rescheduling/Cancellation: Requests are handled subject to date availability and management approval.
13. Liability and Disputes: Service liability is limited to contracted scope; disputes are resolved under applicable local law.
